All customized items, including but not limited to paintings, digital art, ornaments, watercolors, and any other personalized products, are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours.
All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased, as they are available for immediate download.
All home goods, non custom apparel, and thrifted items are eligible for return within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns must be in their original condition and accompanied by a receipt. Store credit will be issued for returns made within this timeframe.
